What the job involves

• Create 10x user experiences to reduce friction in security reviews
• Design simple approachable and fast solutions highly influencing sales process and referrals
• Work with Head of Design top-notch product team and tackle design challenges
• Own entire end-to-end design process for projects and adapt to fast-paced changing environment

Application process

• Cowork for 3-5 days with Head of Design
• Participate in company all-hands and discussions
• Familiarize yourself with users and chat with broader team members
• Design small features and give feedback
• Run discovery in customer calls and solicit team feedback
• Lead internal workshop and make process improvement suggestions
• Run large scale initiatives and develop sound product sense
• Be advocate for customers and create differentiated experiences

• Support engineering team with artifacts and decision making
