Day to day
- Create 10x user experiences to reduce friction in security reviews
- Design simple approachable and fast solutions highly influencing sales process and referrals
- Work with Head of Design top-notch product team and tackle design challenges
- Own entire end-to-end design process for projects and adapt to fast-paced changing environment
Hiring process
- Cowork for 3-5 days with Head of Design
- Participate in company all-hands and discussions
- Familiarize yourself with users and chat with broader team members
- Design small features and give feedback
- Run discovery in customer calls and solicit team feedback
- Lead internal workshop and make process improvement suggestions
- Run large scale initiatives and develop sound product sense
- Be advocate for customers and create differentiated experiences
- Make ideas concrete and validate the right product decisions
- Support engineering team with artifacts and decision making
- Foster cross-functional collaboration through workshops
