Requirements
- 5+ years designing digital products
- Significant experience in enterprise SaaS developer tools or technically complex domains
- Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of complex problems
- Deep technical fluency with data transformations API configurations schema mapping and automation logic
- Ability to drive projects autonomously and deliver high-quality work without close oversight
- Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
- Familiarity with design systems and thoughtful extension of them
- Strong interaction design instincts across systems flows states and edge cases
- Clear communication and constructive feedback skills
- Comfort working through ambiguity and competing priorities

Day to day
- Lead design end-to-end for complex product features from early problem framing through detailed specs, implementation support, and post-launch iteration
- Shape intuitive interfaces for technically complex workflows across builder experiences platform capabilities data orchestration and API management
- Collaborate closely with product managers engineers researchers and designers to define vision influence priorities and translate technical depth into clear usable experiences
- Incorporate AI-assisted capabilities thoughtfully so users can leverage automation and AI where it adds real value
