Requirements

  • Proven experience owning end-to-end UX design across a product area from discovery through delivery
  • Hands-on experience designing AI-assisted or agentic workflows including human-in-the-loop experiences feedback loops confidence states explainability and error handling
  • Comfortable working in greenfield or early-stage product environments where requirements and opportunities are still emerging
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect design decisions to product goals and business outcomes
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a track record of working closely with Product and Engineering teams
  • Experience using AI tools throughout the design process to accelerate insight generation exploration and iteration
  • Strong UX foundations combined with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make progress in evolving environments
  • Experience working on B2B operational or workflow-heavy products preferred
  • Experience with case management systems workflow platforms or AI-powered tooling would be highly advantageous

Day to day

  • Own and evolve the end-to-end case management experience from MVP through to a mature product
  • Design AI-assisted and human-in-the-loop workflows that balance automation with transparency trust and control
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to turn ambiguous opportunities into intuitive workflow experiences
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis scenario modelling prototyping and rapid iteration
