Requirements
- Strong hands-on product design experience in a startup or scale-up environment
- User-centred approach with user testing and iteration
- B2C or B2B2C experience shipping consumer-facing digital products
- Strong visual design skills including typography colour theory layout and hierarchy
- Commercially astute with ability to link design ideas to business outcomes
- Confident using data to support design decisions
- Strong bias toward action and momentum over perfection
- Highly experienced working closely with Product and Engineering partners
- Hands-on with projects and owns outcomes
- Interest in AI developments in the Product world

Day to day
- Own end-to-end product design for key initiatives from discovery through delivery
- Raise the bar on visual craft and interaction quality to create delightful customer experiences
- Partner closely with Product Engineering Data and Marketing to shape and iterate solutions
- Use quantitative data and qualitative insight to inform decisions in ambiguous fast-moving environments
