Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Design experience
- Strong product strategy skills and independent problem solving
- Experience delivering successful products with cross-functional teams
- Deep user-centered design experience across research flows wireframes and high fidelity UI
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to self-organize prioritize and deliver high-quality work on time
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Interest in crypto and user needs
- Heavy dose of humility

Day to day
- Shape product and design strategy for prediction markets products
- Translate business needs and user research into elegant solutions for complex problems
- Own the full user journey from concept and prototyping through testing and final production across retail and institutional experiences
- Collaborate closely with product managers engineers and designers to define and deliver the roadmap
- Create straightforward user-friendly web and mobile experiences and improve the design system with new patterns
