Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 6 years of product design experience
- Experience with early-stage high-growth startups
- Experience building digital services that improve real-world operations

Day to day
- Develop a deep compassionate understanding of the many ways finance, architecture, design, construction, and procurement work together to build for homeowners
- Lead discovery efforts to map out our understanding of the current challenges of the homebuilding process, distill insights, and imagine better ways of doing things that you can prototype and iterate on with stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product, Eng and Stakeholders to deliver both the high level strategy and an incremental roadmap of improvements that get us there
- Contribute as a valuable member of the product design team, participating in design critiques, mentoring others, running workshops, and developing our design system
- Foster a friendly collaborative culture with efficient communications across the many squads of our business to ensure seamless integration of work areas
