Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience in complex SaaS B2B workflow tools fintech accounting compliance or operations-heavy products
- Strong portfolio showing shipped product work with problem process decisions and outcomes
- Strong AI skill set using AI for research synthesis UX exploration prototyping and documentation
- Experience working directly in or near code including front-end prototypes repo-based design work and Storybook
- Strong product design craft across information architecture interaction design visual design design systems and handoff practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with technical non-technical and client-facing stakeholders
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple active product areas and cross-product patterns
- Self-starter with ownership momentum and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment

Day to day
- Own core product design workflows across the HubSync platform from discovery through shipped product
- Partner closely with Product Owners and Engineers to turn problem definitions into prototypes specs implementation and iteration
- Translate business goals customer pain points and accounting workflows into clear product strategy UX direction and scalable software experiences
- Run or support customer discovery stakeholder interviews workflow mapping usability reviews and feedback sessions to improve product decisions
- Present design solutions confidently while balancing user value business impact technical realities and implementation considerations
