Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in UX design or related field.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in UX or service design preferred in blockchain or SaaS domains.
- Proficiency in using Sketch Figma or Adobe XD for creating wireframes and prototypes.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Day to day
- Act as a critical advocate for customers' perspectives and pain points.
- Collaborate with the product team to determine requirements and user needs within Midnight's context.
- Regularly conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Design wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes for effective communication of design concepts.
- Ensure designs meet user accessibility and inclusivity standards.
