Requirements
- 4+ years of SaaS based product design experience
- Portfolio link required in application
- Experience collaborating with SaaS product teams including Engineers and PMs
- Ability to balance multiple priorities without compromising quality
- Strong user research and testing methodology skills
- Knowledge of design systems libraries and style guides
- Open to critical feedback and collaborative work
- Experience with iteration and innovation
- Expert level Figma or similar design tool skills
Day to day
- Lead design for complex features and workflows across the platform
- Translate user research and product requirements into intuitive flows layouts and end-to-end experiences
- Partner closely with Product Managers Engineers and other stakeholders from early discovery through shipped product
- Advocate for user-centered design practices and help evolve the design system visual language and standards
- Create sketches wireframes prototypes interactive demos and comprehensive drafts to shape feature requirements
