Who you are

• A bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven track record as a UI/UX Designer, with an impressive portfolio demonstrating your creativity and skill.
• Expertise in design software (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Figma) and basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of responsive and mobile design principles.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the capacity to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
• Experience conducting user research and incorporating feedback into design revisions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to creating high-quality, user-centric designs.

What the job involves

• Collaborate within a team of UI/UX designers, driving the creation of intuitive, top-quality designs from conception to final delivery.
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align product design with our strategic objectives, user needs, and technological feasibility.
• Produce comprehensive design deliverables including wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and user interaction.
• Conduct and analyse user research and usability testing to gather insights, validate design decisions, and drive continuous design improvement.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure a unified and consistent user experience across our product suite.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate translation of designs into the final product and troubleshoot any issues that emerge during development.
• Remain updated on the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies and integrate relevant ones into our design practices.
