Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven track record as a UI/UX Designer with an impressive portfolio
- Expertise in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Figma
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Solid understanding of responsive and mobile design principles
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience conducting user research and incorporating feedback into design revisions
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to creating high-quality, user-centric designs

Day to day
- Collaborate with the UI/UX team to create intuitive designs from conception to delivery
- Align product design with strategic objectives, user needs, and technological feasibility
- Produce wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to communicate concepts
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Establish design guidelines, best practices, and standards for a consistent user experience
- Work with developers to ensure designs are accurately translated into the final product
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and integrate relevant practices
