Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience
- Experience at early-stage or fast-moving startups preferred
- Strong portfolio showing detailed craft and strategic thinking
- Mastery of Figma
- Comfort prototyping with code
- Ability to read HTML and CSS and inspect or edit pages
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working independently and remotely
- Ability to tell compelling stories and push past obvious solutions
- Experience designing for technical audiences is a plus

Day to day
- Explore broadly and converge clearly on the best product direction
- Lead design on core platform initiatives from concept through polished craft
- Translate dense technical workflows into intuitive experiences that humans can understand
- Partner with engineers to prototype real interactions in code and extend the design system in production
- Raise the bar for the team by shipping thoughtful design work that challenges conventional answers
