Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience with enterprise UX depth
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design judgment
- Experience designing enterprise software ideally collaboration or productivity software
- Ability to simplify complex systems into clear usable experiences
- Deep knowledge of cross-platform design standards across Windows Mac web and mobile
- Experience owning and scaling design systems and component libraries
- Experience designing for different personas such as admins and end users
- Fluency in Figma
- Active use of AI tools to accelerate design work
- Comfort operating independently in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Clear compelling communication skills
- Collaborative reliable and low-ego mindset

Day to day
- Investigate design challenges deeply and compare multiple approaches before recommending a solution.
- Translate technically complex cybersecurity concepts into intuitive experiences for admins and end users.
- Own and evolve a cross-platform design system across Windows Mac web and mobile while delivering clear specs and collaborating closely with Product and Engineering.
