Requirements
- 5+ years of end-to-end product design for complex SaaS tools
- Startup or small-team experience shipping real products
- Portfolio with detailed case studies for enterprise systems or data-dense UIs
- Experience with multi-step workflows and measurable product impact
- Active experience working in code or prototyping in local dev environments
- Deep Figma proficiency including components variants auto-layout and prototyping
- Based in the United States with ability to travel domestically
- No visa sponsorship

Day to day
- Own end-to-end design for core product areas from discovery through Figma and prototype delivery
- Design complex data-dense interfaces and multi-step automation workflows for AI-native mortgage software
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and users to validate ideas and iterate quickly
- Contribute to a component system migration and maintain scalable design assets
- Partner with engineering and product to ship high-impact features through weekly design critiques
