Requirements
- Strong product design capabilities and design thinking skills
- Demonstrated expertise in UX research and user research
- Advanced visual design skills for polished on-brand interfaces
- Experience designing end-to-end e-Commerce experiences ideally on Shopify or Shopify Plus
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe XD
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Track record working in cross-functional product or agency teams
- Comfort designing 0→1 product experiences in ambiguous fast-moving environments

Day to day
- Lead end-to-end product and experience design across client and venture projects
- Conduct and synthesise user research to uncover needs and shape intuitive journeys
- Create wireframes prototypes and high fidelity interfaces that balance usability brand and conversion goals
- Collaborate with strategists developers marketers and stakeholders to present iterate and refine design solutions
- Mentor designers and contribute to internal design standards and evidence based practices
