Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience in startup or fast-paced environments preferred
- Strong portfolio showing interaction design visual design and user-centered thinking
- Experience designing for web mobile and responsive experiences
- Ability to collaborate closely with PMs engineers and designers
- Comfort with rapid iteration and knowing when to polish versus ship
- Familiarity with modern design tools such as Figma and prototyping tools
- Systems thinking with the ability to design for scale
- Enthusiastic eager to learn and receptive to feedback

Day to day
- Own end-to-end design for assigned features from research support through high-fidelity delivery, creating polished and feasible solutions.
- Collaborate closely with PMs engineers and other designers to shape cohesive user-centered experiences across web mobile and responsive surfaces.
- Turn user research insights into actionable improvements while contributing to critiques design system work and continuous product refinement.
