- Experience designing and shipping complex digital products at large consumer scale
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven product behavior and its trust latency streaming ambiguity and failure challenges
- Habitual use of AI tools in the design process with clear judgment on their strengths and limits
- Comfort making decisions with incomplete information and revising quickly as evidence arrives
- Ability to manage priorities and carry work through without close supervision

Day to day
- Lead the end-to-end design of AI-powered experiences across desktop mobile and emerging surfaces
- Define interaction patterns for conversational adaptive and generative interfaces with no established conventions
- Build high-fidelity prototypes to test ideas quickly and refine behavior until it feels right
- Set a high visual standard through typography spacing motion and micro-interaction detail
- Collaborate closely with product managers engineers and researchers through launch and present work to senior leadership
