Day to day
- Own browse quote and book flows end to end across expanding supplier categories such as lodging and cruise
- Diagnose adoption blockers in existing integrations and redesign the UX to drive more booking volume through Tern
- Shape supplier discovery and quoting experiences inside Tern's AI-powered workflow while partnering closely with product and engineering to ship practical solutions
- Interview advisors regularly and translate their real workflows into clear product patterns that feel effortless despite partner API constraints
