Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in enterprise products or developer tools
- Strong portfolio of shipped complex B2B SaaS enterprise tooling or developer tools
- Demonstrated strengths in interaction design visual design information architecture and user research
- Systems-level thinking across products workflows and platforms
- Comfort multitasking across parallel initiatives with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and ability to explain design decisions and trade-offs
- Proactive collaborative mindset with end-to-end ownership of a product area
- Experience with design tools such as Figma

Day to day
- Lead the full design lifecycle for AI-driven enterprise workflows including research ideation interaction design wireframes and prototyping
- Design trustworthy interfaces for multi-system processes across SAP Salesforce Workday Oracle and related enterprise platforms
- Shape governance audit and observability experiences that help users understand agent actions intervene safely and maintain control
- Collaborate closely with product engineering and leadership to align vision ensure technical feasibility and ship polished user-centric solutions
- Build and evolve the Tessera Mosaic design system while raising craft standards through critique mentorship and design advocacy
