Requirements
- Work within the design team and lead projects from the front including interaction and interface for new products and features
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to know what is possible and how to have the most impact
- Present designs as necessary to stakeholders, design team, and management
- Develop prototypes, screenshots, wireframes
- Quickly and thoughtfully incorporate team feedback into designs
- Validate your designs through A/B testing or qualitative user research
- Maintain, update, and improve the existing design system
- Work in Figma
- Design usable interfaces and interactions
- Improve product quality autonomously
- Experience with consumer web-based products
- Skilled at visual design and interaction design
- Familiarity working with researchers and A/B testing
- Flair for illustration in illustrator or blender
- 5+ years of experience in product design at a tech company or startup
- Design and prototype in Figma
Nice to have
- Experience with telecoms
- Mobile experience strongly preferred
- Advanced prototyping/code
- Design for responsive/adaptive /progressive web apps
Day to day
- Researching user needs and market trends to create strategic product designs
- Crafting intuitive and beautiful user interfaces using Figma
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineers and product managers to deliver cohesive solutions
