Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product design UX design or related fields with senior-level ownership of end-to-end delivery
  • Strong portfolio designing production B2B SaaS applications and complex workflows with proven customer impact
  • Deep expertise in interaction design including user flows state management information architecture and task-oriented workflows
  • Proven ability to simplify complex operational technical or data-heavy experiences into intuitive interfaces
  • Strong visual design skills with high usability clarity and attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency with Figma for wireframes interactive prototypes and production-ready designs
  • Experience using customer research usability testing analytics and feedback to inform design decisions
  • Experience leveraging generative AI to accelerate design and research
  • Experience contributing to or working within a design system with reusable components patterns and documentation
  • Experience working in agile environments collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers
  • Strong communication facilitation and collaboration skills in ambiguous environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction Design Art or a related field with practical experience

Day to day

  • Own end-to-end product design across core workflows from discovery through launch
  • Design intuitive workflows interactions and experiences that simplify complex operational processes
  • Create user journeys wireframes interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs to validate solutions
  • Partner with customers Product and Engineering to understand needs uncover pain points and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Use research customer feedback analytics and business outcomes to continuously improve experiences and contribute to the design system
