Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design HCI or related field or equivalent experience
  • 6-10+ years of experience in UX or product design ideally in health wellness fitness or consumer tech
  • Must be bilingual in Mandarin
  • Proven end-to-end digital experience design from research synthesis through pixel-perfect execution
  • Ability to design for multiple platforms including mobile web and wearable
  • Expertise in information architecture interaction design visual design and systems thinking
  • Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools
  • Strong understanding of design systems design tokens and component-driven design
  • Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail accessibility and inclusivity
  • Experience collaborating with product research and engineering teams

Day to day

  • Craft intuitive and scalable experiences across mobile web and wearable platforms
  • Own the full product design process from research and concept development through launch
  • Translate user insights and product strategy into elegant accessible interfaces that support business goals
  • Build and evolve design systems reusable components and design principles for consistency and long term scalability
  • Collaborate closely with product engineering research marketing and brand teams to influence product direction and mentor junior designers
