Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in product design (UX/UI), preferably in Fintech, B2C, or B2B
- Portfolio showcasing solutions to complex design challenges in web or mobile SaaS
- Proven collaboration record with developers, product managers, and other designers
- Strong sense of visual design encompassing layout, color, typography, and iconography
- Ability to make informed decisions and know when to adjust speed
- Strategic design thinking to identify efficient paths to desired outcomes
- Effective communication in various forms
- Open to diverse perspectives, constructive feedback, and data-backed viewpoints
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful with initiative to meet team and company goals
- Proactively seeks feedback and is committed to continuous learning
Nice to have
- Experience in B2C, fintech, or agency
