Remote Senior Product Designer Job in London, UK Wayflyer

Who you are

• Minimum of 5 years in product design (UX/UI), preferably in Fintech, B2C, or B2B
• Portfolio showcasing solutions to complex design challenges in web or mobile SaaS
• Proven collaboration record with developers, product managers, and other designers
• Strong sense of visual design encompassing layout, color, typography, and iconography
• Ability to make informed decisions and know when to adjust speed
• Strategic design thinking to identify efficient paths to desired outcomes
• Effective communication in various forms
• Open to diverse perspectives, constructive feedback, and data-backed viewpoints
• Entrepreneurial and resourceful with initiative to meet team and company goals
• Proactively seeks feedback and is committed to continuous learning
