- 5+ years in product design with end to end ownership or less with a senior level portfolio
- Figma fluency
- At least two deep case studies with real outcomes
- Experience with dense product UI such as dashboards B2B workflows or AI products
- Experience owning or materially evolving design systems
- Code fluency such as React or prototyping is a strong plus

Day to day
- Own dense product surfaces across workflows systems and AI products
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product management to define what ships
- Raise design quality through systems thinking while also refining pixels when needed
