Requirements

  • 7+ years in Product Design or UX with strong experience designing complex web applications
  • Strong interaction and UX foundation with portfolio examples demonstrating systems-level thinking
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or Android design conventions and judgment on when to follow versus diverge
  • Experience designing tools or interfaces where users create or configure experiences for others
  • Able to work independently and lead complex projects from framing to launch

Day to day

  • Own end-to-end design for mobile-focused editor surfaces and workflows within Bubble's web-based editor
  • Design tooling that helps builders apply mobile-native patterns, navigation, gestures, layout, actions, and spacing correctly
  • Contribute to the mobile runtime experience on iOS and Android so builder output meets native quality standards
  • Lead design from problem definition through research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and launch
  • Partner with product and engineering to communicate mobile concepts clearly to non-technical users and release high-quality mobile features
