Requirements
- Senior designer with a portfolio of shipped consumer mobile apps
- At least one redesign of a live product
- Comfort with AI tools and curiosity about AI-assisted design and build workflows
- Case studies showing problem diagnosis and decision-making
- Depth in UX including research IA and interaction design
- Depth in UI including visual design systems and polish
- Experience with Figma or adaptable design tools
- Ability to balance improvements with existing user needs
- Ability to work independently and scope work with limited direction
- Experience with UX for iOS and Android apps

Day to day
- Design cross-platform mobile and tablet experiences for Korrus apps, starting with OIO
- Work directly with engineering inside AI-assisted and agentic workflows to move designs into a working application quickly
- Audit current experiences, review usage data and customer feedback, and rebuild flows and information architecture to improve onboarding, device setup, and daily use
Hiring process
