Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core
- Experience with React and TypeScript
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
- Experience with Docker and containerisation
- Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban
- Track record working closely with Product and Design teams
- Experience mentoring or supporting other engineers

Day to day
- Take ownership of complex features and products end-to-end, delivering high-quality solutions in close collaboration with engineering, product and design teams.
- Write clean, tested and maintainable code across the full stack, balancing simplicity, performance and scalability.
- Shape requirements, challenge assumptions and translate ideas into market-ready technology from discovery through to release.
- Communicate progress, risks and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while supporting teammates and mentoring others.
