Requirements
- 5–8 years of product or engineering experience with a clear record of shipping customer-facing products
- At least one AI-powered product taken from concept through MVP to production scale
- Deep hands-on fluency with AI coding and prototyping tools such as Claude Cursor or equivalent
- Strong product instincts grounded in direct customer conversations
- Experience leading small squads and influencing product direction without hierarchy
- Strong written verbal and demo communication skills with engineers commercial stakeholders and customers
- High bias for action and comfort with ambiguity
- Primary specialism in product management product design or engineering

Day to day
- Own significant product areas from problem discovery through solution design, delivery, and iteration
- Translate customer needs into clear concepts prioritised experiments and scalable product bets
- Build fast AI-assisted prototypes and demos then decide confidently when to refine or ship production-grade solutions
- Work cross-functionally with commercial customer support program management and leadership to align product work with market impact
- Act as a credible product voice in customer conversations pilot programmes and stakeholder discussions
- Raise team capability by sharing learnings challenging assumptions and modelling AI-native product engineering
