Requirements
- 5–8 years of product or engineering experience with a clear track record of shipping customer used products
- At least one AI powered product taken from concept through MVP to production scale
- Deep hands on fluency with AI coding and prototyping tools such as Claude Cursor or equivalent
- Strong product instincts grounded in direct customer conversations
- Experience leading small squads and influencing product direction without hierarchy
- Strong communication skills across written verbal and demo formats
- High bias for action and comfort with ambiguity

Day to day
- Own significant product areas from problem discovery through solution definition, shipping and iteration
- Translate customer problems into clear product concepts prioritised experiments and scalable bets
- Build working prototypes and demos quickly using AI tools and know when to move to production-grade engineering
- Work cross functionally with commercial customer support program management and leadership to align product direction with market opportunity
- Act as a credible product voice in commercial conversations pilot programmes and client engagements
