Requirements
- 6+ years of engineering experience with meaningful end to end product shipping
- Strong coding skills in TypeScript with modern web framework fluency
- Comfort with Go is a plus
- Track record of building user facing software adopted by developers or technical users
- Strong product sense with the ability to balance user experience trade offs and technical implementation
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to frame vague problems and start shipping
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Genuine excitement about agentic AI voice and next generation developer platforms

Day to day
- Build core product surfaces for developers on the web and in the CLI
- Design and implement dashboards tooling observability and debug experiences that make LiveKit feel powerful
- Work end to end across the stack shipping production features in TypeScript and Go while iterating from prototype to real user feedback
