Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production web applications
- 3+ years of production experience with Ruby on Rails
- 3+ years building React applications in a production environment
- Comfortable working with TypeScript throughout the frontend codebase
- Background in startup or scale-up B2B SaaS environments
- Fluent with AI-assisted development and able to show how it has changed your work
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking end-to-end ownership
- Experience on multi-persona workflow-heavy SaaS products
- Strong written communication for technical and non-technical audiences

Day to day
- Build full-stack product features in Ruby on Rails and React with TypeScript for a focused Marketplace squad
- Own usage-based features and billing end-to-end including customer workflows edge cases performance and quality
- Integrate white-labelled third-party services and debug vendor issues directly while shaping practical product solutions
