Requirements
- Strong product experience design enterprise UX and systems thinking
- Experience owning complex workstreams from discovery through design execution
- Ability to conduct stakeholder and user interviews
- Experience with journey mapping experience mapping and complex workflow design
- Strong research synthesis affinity mapping insight synthesis hypothesis formulation storytelling and critical evaluation skills
- Experience creating information architecture user flows scenarios wireframes high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes
- Proficiency with Figma including design documentation
- Experience applying design systems and native components consistently
- Experience supporting user research and usability testing including findings documentation and iterative design
- Understanding of accessibility fundamentals
- Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into clear design direction
- Comfortable balancing business needs user needs technical constraints accessibility and design-system standards
- Comfortable using GenAI tools and designing AI-enabled workflows
