- Create revise and review plan documents policy forms and related materials with precision
- Collaborate across Sales Marketing IT Claims Customer Care Product Underwriting Legal and Compliance to design develop test and launch products
- Support product lifecycle activities including testing bug reporting change requests compliance review and member inquiry research
