Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Management experience with meaningful time on platform infrastructure developer tools or AI/ML products
- Experience shipping AI or LLM powered features with fluency in LLMs prompt engineering evaluation frameworks and agentic loops
- Demonstrated discovery and research skills including interviews shadowing and workflow mapping
- Strong systems thinking and process design capabilities
- Exceptional organizational skills to run multi team programs and manage dependencies
- Strong analytical mindset with experience defining metrics running experiments and driving measurable outcomes
- Proven ability to work cross functionally and influence technical and non technical stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort operating in fast paced ambiguous environments

Day to day
- Own the vision strategy and roadmap for Fetch's internal Agentic Platform, including runtime orchestration context memory model routing evaluation observability and governance
- Define and improve the agent development lifecycle so teams can take agents from idea through evaluation launch and production operations more safely and repeatably
- Run structured discovery with internal builders shadow their workflows and translate friction into product requirements journey maps and adoption improvements
