Requirements
- 5+ years in product management preferably in fintech consumer finance or related domain
- 2+ years in a senior product management role
- Experience leading AI powered features from concept to scale
- Deep understanding of technical on page and programmatic SEO
- Understanding of how AI experiences intersect with SEO including crawlability and indexation
- Proven success launching impactful product initiatives ideally in fintech
- Experience scaling products in fast growing businesses
- Skilled in data analytics and decision making
- Familiarity with A/B testing user research and data driven product development
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams and technical workflows

Day to day
- Own the end to end product vision and roadmap for AI driven user journeys
- Build and scale intelligent personalized experiences including conversational interfaces and recommendation systems
- Partner with engineering design data and marketing to launch experiments optimize engagement and improve conversion
