Requirements
- Proven experience in technical product management across hardware software and operational workflows
- Strong ability to partner with engineering on technical tradeoffs scoping and execution sequencing
- Ability to interpret domain-specific regulatory constraints and apply them to product decisions
- Strong customer intuition and market judgment
- Experience with autonomous systems robotics drones or regulated environments is a plus

Day to day
- Own the aviation product roadmap and align near-term customer needs with long-term platform vision
- Partner with Engineering to drive end-to-end technical projects across hardware embedded software connectivity and cloud systems
- Translate changing aviation regulations into actionable product requirements and product strategy
- Build a deeper understanding of pilots dispatchers and patrol teams to improve DFR workflows
- Work cross-functionally with Design Operations Legal Compliance and GTM to deliver smooth rollouts and customer enablement
