Requirements
- 5+ years in product management with ownership of outcomes
- At least 2 years in fintech product management
- 0-to-1 build experience preferably more than once
- Proven ability to test unproven ideas rigorously and know when to kill them
- Comfort working directly with customers engineers and data to defend recommendations
- Experience at a small fast-growing company
- Comfort with regulated financial environments such as FCRA UDAAP or TILA
- Comfort with SQL and experiment design

Day to day
- Own the discovery of net-new product and revenue opportunities before they enter the core roadmap
- Work directly with customers prospects internal teams and market data to uncover unmet needs and whitespace
- Design lean experiments such as prototypes concierge MVPs and pilots to validate or eliminate ideas quickly
- Present validated opportunities with revenue hypotheses and evidence for joint go or no-go decisions
- Lead 0-to-1 execution for approved ideas and track post-launch performance against the original hypothesis
- Maintain visibility into active opportunity hypotheses and stay current on industry trends regulatory changes and adjacent market shifts
