Aristocrat Gaming

As our new Senior Product Manager will be responsible for owning and managing Aristocrat’s Class III Slot product portfolio the EMEA and LATAM regions. This position has direct accountability for execution of new product/market initiatives related to the division’s strategic goals. This role will lead new product/market evaluation, assessing product feasibility and commercial viability, and executing a commercial strategy to capitalize on market opportunities that grow revenue, share, and profits.

What You'll DoImplement a clear product vision and strategy that helps drive the Aristocrat Class III slot product portfolio and support the EMEA and LATAM business goalsResponsible for developing, defining, and overseeing the product roadmap and managing it efficiently to deliver products on timeWork closely with the game development studios to design the best games and provide input on future games, owning the GPAs (Game Product Agreements)Collaborate with the Sales team to pitch new product ideas to customersProactively identify opportunities and risks to the product based on KPI trends and develop execution plansAbility to synthesize game content, mechanics and key details into a format that is meant to educate and excite internal and external stakeholders on Aristocrat gamesProvide direction for GTM and Product Growth efforts for new game releasesOwn tradeshow planning process including determining game mix, alignment with operations and technical teamsProvide actionable recommendations for the Sales team on commercial strategy and objectivesEnsure a clear and accurate understanding of compliance and/or regulatory/legal changesDevelop and implement best practice methodologies to improve the effectiveness of the EMEA & LATAM product teamsYou will be well rewarded in your role with a generous benefits package and an abundance of training and career development opportunities. (Product Marketing, Growth, Analytics, Casino Operations)Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Strong verbal and writing skills are an important part of this job function.
