Requirements
- 5–8+ years of B2C product management experience with ownership of retention engagement or lifecycle outcomes preferably in personal finance
- Experience with subscription products and a deep understanding of subscription economics
- Strong product sense with a low ego and the ability to form clear opinions from customers data and experience
- Highly self directing and able to own your domain without constant guidance
- Fluent in cohort funnel and experiment analysis with comfort making decisions under imperfect information
- Strong storytelling and collaboration skills across Design Engineering Data and executives
- High empathy for people unlike you especially older customers making emotional financial decisions
- Genuine passion for personal finance and the market
- Thrives in ambiguity and delivers high output without sacrificing quality
