Requirements
- 5+ years in product with several spent at this level of scope and ambiguity
- Senior IC product experience in a product-led company
- Strong understanding of product-led growth and how activation onboarding and feature placement drive retention and revenue
- Excellent product judgment and ability to turn instinct into clear direction
- Comfort working in technical detail and discussing tradeoffs with engineers
- Demonstrated ownership urgency and high standards
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Nice to have
- Technical audience experience
- Developer tools experience
- AI products experience
- Prototype-building ability
Day to day
- Define product strategy for ambiguous high-impact areas and make sharp prioritization calls based on customer insight product quality business impact and technical feasibility
- Own complex cross-surface initiatives from diagnosis through shipping ensuring end-to-end delivery and strong execution
- Live in the product like a real user lead discovery across users and internal teams and turn signals into clear written thinking that guides the team
