Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience with ownership and growth of a product at scale
- Strong understanding of 2-sided marketplace operations gig worker platforms and online to offline workflows
- Proven ability to turn complex business problems into actionable product specs using data-driven insights
- Experience using user behavior analytics tools and tracking product performance
- Experience working with engineering teams on service-oriented architectures APIs and data-driven systems
- Exceptional ability to lead by influence
- Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering or related field; MBA or Master's preferred

- Own a core product area and shape its roadmap within Flex's platform.
- Translate complex operational challenges into scalable product solutions with a lean senior engineering team.
