Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Experience owning a product area from early stage through maturity
- Ability to work in regulated compliance driven environments
- Strong skill translating business goals and client needs into requirements and roadmap plans
- Experience partnering with Engineering Design and stakeholders to ship features
- Experience creating user stories acceptance criteria process flows and wireframes
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Linear Jira Software and Jira Product Discovery
- Ability to build and interpret KPI dashboards

Day to day
- Own the Client Communications roadmap from concept through launch and maturity
- Lead discovery and delivery for filing status updates notifications agentic communications and onboarding touchpoints
- Partner with Engineering Design Operations Sales Marketing Technology and Service to ship compliant high impact features and improve the client experience
