Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on data security, DLP, or related technologies
- Proven success in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of data security concepts and technologies
- Familiarity with AI/ML, compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), and web technologies
- Proven ability to define product strategy
- Conduct market analysis
- Gather customer insights
- Develop product roadmaps
- Self-starter with a bias for action
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences
- Ability to influence and collaborate across teams and functions
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term product vision
- A genuine passion for data security and a desire to protect sensitive information
Nice to have
- Experience with web technologies, browsers
- Deep understanding of how web technologies and browsers impact data security
- MBA or equivalent experience
Day to day
- Drive vision, strategy, and execution of data security product portfolio
- Define and execute product strategy
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats
- Develop an understanding of customer pain points and requirements
- Develop and maintain product roadmap
- Define product requirements and user stories
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new product releases
- Drive product adoption and usage through customer engagement
- Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success
- Represent Menlo Security at industry events and conferences
