Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3–5 years of product management experience in brokerage fintech or regulated financial services
- Track record of owning a product roadmap end-to-end from discovery through shipping and measurement
- Ability to partner with compliance and regulatory stakeholders under NFA/CFTC oversight
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Data-informed decision-making with experience defining metrics
- Experience working with engineering and design in an agile environment
- High ownership mentality and strong judgment under ambiguity
Nice to have
- Brokerage experience
- Futures brokerage experience
- NinjaTrader familiarity
- CME products familiarity
- Onboarding flow experience
- Trading background
- 0-to-1 product experience
- Series 3 registration
Day to day
- Own the product vision and roadmap for a modern brokerage platform, prioritizing new features and offerings based on trader needs business goals and regulatory realities
- Gather trader feedback and stakeholder input then translate it into clear requirements and sequenced plans that the team can execute
- Partner closely with engineering design compliance and external partners to ship compliant high-quality products and measure feature success
