Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience on complex B2B products
  • Experience in AI or automation preferred
  • Experience in startup or scale-up environments preferred
  • Strong analytical skills for structured problem solving
  • Experience contributing to strategy in greenfield or fast-changing environments
  • Track record of delivering impactful products with cross-functional teams
  • Clear and confident communication with internal and senior customer stakeholders
  • Self-motivated flexible and low-ego approach

Day to day

  • Own a meaningful part of the Virtual Agents product across core AI technology and customer experience
  • Shape onboarding and human-in-the-loop operations so customers can be delivered value quickly and reliably
  • Work cross-functionally with AI, sales, marketing, support and delivery teams to scale the product successfully
  • Develop deep customer and market insight across multiple verticals to inform precise product strategy and decisions
