Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience
- Proven ownership of a product or product area at scale
- Hands-on experience designing and analysing A/B tests
- Sufficient technical depth to understand and explain system interactions at a high level
- Comfortable operating as a generalist PM balancing growth optimisation with complex product and platform changes
- Strong data literacy including basic statistics and SQL
- Prior fintech or closely related industry experience

Day to day
- Own and optimise the end-to-end onboarding funnel from first touch to activation.
- Lead growth experiments in close collaboration with the Growth team to improve acquisition and activation.
- Drive complex third-party integrations such as KYC and Open Banking while ensuring a consistent global onboarding experience.
