Requirements
- Proven product management experience with technical platform data ingestion API infrastructure or integration products
- Deep technical fluency across APIs webhooks data modeling event streams authentication and distributed systems tradeoffs
- Experience with large-scale multi-source data systems requiring normalization auditability and complex permission models
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive workflows for operational users analysts and administrators
- Experience with criminal justice data ecosystems CJIS context or law enforcement record systems is a plus

Day to day
- Own the end-to-end integration strategy across public safety systems and third-party platforms
- Define data governance, trust, and auditability standards for complex multi-source data flows
- Build intuitive search, mapping, and investigative experiences that help users move from question to action
- Lead cross-functional platform initiatives to deliver scalable automation and faster onboarding
- Improve data ingestion pipelines to reduce setup friction and remove manual validation bottlenecks
