Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in product ownership product management or a closely related business-IT bridge function
- Demonstrated experience writing and managing user stories and acceptance criteria for software delivery or data product workstreams in an agile delivery environment
- Proven ability to partner with QA teams to ensure acceptance criteria are precise testable and directly executable at intake
- Strong stakeholder communication skills with ability to translate operational needs into technology scope and manage expectations across business and technical audiences
- Experience with backlog management sprint planning and agile delivery ceremonies in a multi-team delivery context

Day to day
- Drives requirements definition and acceptance criteria quality for assigned IT delivery workstreams within the Informatics product track.
- Owns backlog management, intake triage, and sprint readiness to keep delivery teams focused on structured and testable work.
- Partners closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, Clinical Informatics Analysts, and QA to translate operational needs into executable technology scope.
