Requirements
- 5+ years in production support or similar technical role
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and API interaction tools
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS GCP or similar
- Familiarity with Linux relational databases and scripting
- Experience with cloud-based ticketing and incident management tools
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues end-to-end
- Strong technical curiosity and interest in modern technologies
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and become a technical resource
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Proven mentoring and coaching experience
- Strong ownership mindset in incident management and customer experience
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Day to day
- Own complex production issue resolution and lead response during critical Sev1 incidents
- Partner with Product Engineering and Customer Success to support deployments and post-launch stability
- Perform root cause analysis implement long-term fixes and improve reliability through documentation automation and process enhancements
