• Experience managing financial performance, P&L accounts, and customer satisfaction
• Ability to understand complex problems, identify risks, and put suitable mitigation in place
• Good communication skills and understanding of project tools and techniques
• Knowledge of metering activities, Smart metering, and regulatory requirements

• Support the delivery of digitalisation projects for Heat Operate and Maintain business
• Manage change projects, gather requirements, and build working solutions with stakeholders
